Day 1:
Arrive in Marrakech, the driver will pick you up at the airport. Free time, opening circle at 7 p.m. and first group dinner at 8 p.m
Day 2:
Vinyasa from 8:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. After breakfast we make our way to the Medina of Marrakech! A guided tour of the Old Town to see its famous places and landmarks. Lunch in a nice restaurant in the medina. Back at our location, take some time for yourself before we begin Yin Yoga and dinner!
Day 3:
Sunrise yoga! After breakfast the driver picks us up and we go on a day trip to the High Atlas Mountains. We take a short hike to see the beautiful waterfalls and drink tea with locals in a typical Berber house! We visit the Argan Oil Cooperative because we like to support women's cooperatives. Lunch on the mountain next to the waterfall. Back in Marrakech Yin Yoga and Dinner!
Day 4:
Morning Vinyasa Flow! After breakfast the driver picks us up and we set off for Essaouira. The city's winding streets are lined with white and blue buildings, giving a sense of calm. The beach is the perfect place to relax and sunbathe. In addition to the relaxed atmosphere, Essaouira is also known for its spiritual energy. We enjoy our day here, shopping, picking up the last souvenirs if needed or relaxing on the beach! Back to Marrakesh in the late afternoon. Last dinner together.
Day 5:
Morning yoga! After breakfast the driver will pick us up and take us to a beautiful traditional hammam where we can relax and enjoy. Hammam, massage...! After 2 hours we drive back to our location. Lunch at the accommodation, free time and Yin Yoga! In the late afternoon, visit the medina and have a final dinner together in a traditional Moroccan market stall at Djemaa El Fna or in a restaurant.
Day 6:
Vinyasa practice and breakfast. The retreat ends here and the driver will take you to Marrakech airport on time!
